Encoded the movie Fullmetal Alchemist - Conqueror Of Shamballa into high quality MKV h.264 format with English, Japanese, US Actor Commentary, Japanese Actor Commentary, and Japanese Staff Commentary audio, along with English Subtitles as well. I used the Japanese Blu-Ray for the video. This v2 release has a few improvements. Improved the fine details more. Toned down the oversharpness a tad, when compared to my earlier release. Didnt crop 2 from the top in this one. (Fixed, instead of being cut off this time) Fixed the halo'd outer rim with the white, or dark lines in the outer border of the source. Used higher video, and audio bitrates. Used the Japanese Blu-Ray this time.
