[PPP-Raw] Makoto-chan

At the time of ripping, no DVD or Bluray souce is known to exist. Project notes: I have seen some weird anime in my day, and this is certainly one of them. Its about the various adventures of a snot-nosed kindergarten kid. But its made by Kazuo Umezu. He’s best known for freaky horror stuff, but I guess he decided to take a break from the “horror” aspect and focus on the “freaky.” Even the laserdisc itself has an unusual structure: It begins with a live-action segment, hosted by Umezu himself, showing us aroung “Umezz Land,” which is some sort of art display based around Makoto. That’s the kind of thing that usually goes on the END of a disc, but he really wanted us to see this first, I guess. Disc quality was decent, just some occasional line glimmer and minor jitter. Unfiltered high bitrate DVD conversion is included for archival purposes.
